By accessing this website or using any of our products, including Quikclik, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Our Services

Jantrix designs and operates software products, including tools for image and video creation. Product-specific terms, pricing, and features may be published within each product and shall be read together with these Terms.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You agree to provide accurate information and to update it promptly if it changes.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use our services for any unlawful purpose.
  • Upload or generate content that infringes intellectual property, is defamatory, sexually explicit involving minors, or otherwise unlawful.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or circumvent security controls.
  • Interfere with the stability of our services or use automated means to access them without authorization.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading content you grant Jantrix a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and display it solely to deliver the requested service. Outputs created via our services are made available to you for personal and commercial use subject to these Terms and any applicable third-party rights. Jantrix retains all rights in its software, models (where applicable), brand, and platform.

6. Payments and Refunds

Paid features are billed through Razorpay (for web and Android) or Apple In-App Purchase (for iOS). Pricing, credit packs, and subscription terms are disclosed at the point of purchase. Refunds, where applicable, are governed by the refund policy published within the relevant product and by the platform provider's rules.

7. AI Output Disclaimer

Our services use artificial intelligence, which is probabilistic in nature. Generated outputs may contain inaccuracies, artifacts, or unexpected results. You are solely responsible for reviewing and using AI outputs appropriately. Jantrix makes no warranty that any output is fit for a particular purpose.

8. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance or modify features with reasonable notice. We are not liable for losses arising from downtime or service modifications.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jantrix, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to the use of our services. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Jantrix for the relevant service during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jantrix from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts in Surat, Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of our services.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through our website or products. Continued use following such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
